Digital Navigator, Federal Communications Commission (FCC) ACP Navigator Pilot Program

• Dr. Powers has partnered with Ms. Lisa Gustenilli of St. Vincent Ferrer School in Delray Beach, FL to help low-income households complete and submit their ACP applications. They host events directly in the communities of those in need to help families who cannot afford high-speed Internet access to get connected through the federal ACP program at no cost.
